The steering committee
of the Seventh Professional Day (PD 7) held a meeting on Saturday, November 7, 2009, to discuss the
proposals received by the Center for Research & Training. The committee is comprised of 4
professionals from HHS II: Hiam Abboud; Enja Osman; Houssam Kasti; and Wafa Musleh. In
addition, it includes 5 professionals from other schools affiliated with the Rafic Hariri
Foundation: Lutfiah Mazlum; Diana Saleh; Lama Kalash; Mona Majzoub and Nabila Fawwaz. The agenda of
the meeting included:
• Welcome note
• Over viewing the statistics related to the
number of proposals received per subject
• Discussing the framework for PD
7
• Commenting on the workshop evaluation rubric
• Evaluation of proposals by
sub-committees
• Presentation of results by sub-committees to the whole group
